Up to 4 guests included in nightly price.  Additional guests are $25 each.  Maximum occupancy is 6 guests per tent.

Each of our air conditioned tents come with:

• Two premium queen beds (and inflatable air mattress)
• Fully equipped with cooking appliances
• Refrigerator w/freezer
• Microwave
• Private, exterior-connected, lockable toilet room
• Two large, open-air, enclosed showers within a short walking distance of each tent
• Additional shared bathroom nearby

You can check in anytime between 2-5pm.  Checkout time is 11am.

No deposit is required, however we will take your credit card information.  This is only in case you cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

If You Booked with Us (Did not pay in advance):

• To avoid being charged, you must cancel 24 hours before checkin.  If not, we may–at our discretion charge you for one night’s stay.
  

If You Booked with Another Service (paid in advance):

•  You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in.
• You will receive a full refund, minus the first night, if you cancel within 24 hours of check-in.
• Any refund will be at the host’s discretion if you cancel after check-in.
